| Blowing
& Labelling |
Bottles
are blown at the plant, just prior to filling
and therefore are brand new.
After this operation is complete, the labels are
applied,
prior to washing. |
|
| Rinsing |
| After
a final washing of the bottles, with ozone still
fresh in the water, there
is nothing left to contaminate it. |
 |
| Filling |
| Our
high speed, automated production line enables us
to fulfill large volume orders for MountainTop,
or custom label requirements. |
 |
| Capping |
| After
filling and coding, the capping proceedure marks
the final stage in the product assembly. These may
consist of screw tops, for the 1.5 litre and 5 litre
containers, or the popular 'sports closure' for
the 500ml bottle. Each cap has an inherrent tamper
evident configuration. |
 |
|
Traceability |
| To
consistantly maintain safety and quality standards,
each bottlle of MountainTop is digitally imprinted
with a Trace Code, so that accurate 'product life'
tracking can be implemented. This consists of a
product expiration date and batch number. For additional
safety, random tests are done at the plant, every
day, and regularly at Technological Solutions in
Jamaica. |

| Cartons
& Shrinkwrapping |
|
To
complete the packaging and to protect the
finished product in transit, the bottles are
placed in a corrugated cardboard tray and
shrinkwrapped in strong plastic film,
then palletized, for clean efficient bulk
transportation.
We offer palletized and shrink-wrapped bulk
orders for worldwide distribution. |
